The Leadership Team

The Firm has two partners with around 10 years of experience in the field of Taxation and Audit. The name partner, Mr. Roshan Thomas, FCA, DISA(ICA) started the firm in 2012 as a proprietorship firm.

Mrs. Sharon Liss Augustine joined the firm in 2013 as partner.

Both the partners have rich experience in Statutory audits and Income tax matters. They completed their studies while doing articleship at M/s Venkatachalam Aiyer & Co., Kottayam.

Roshan Thomas - Founder & Managing Partner

Roshan Thomas, FCA, DISA(ICA) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He became a member in year 2012.

He has near to 10 years of experience in audit and taxation. Over the period of 10 years he has handled various statutory and internal audit assignments of clients spread across the industry. He has also performed bank branch audits, bank concurrent audit. and stock audits.

He has qualified the Diploma in Information System Auditor exam of the ICAI, which is a post-qualification course and is a system auditor as well. Based on this qualification he had the opportunity to do the CBS migration audit of a Cooperative Bank in Kerala.

He has internal audit experience of Hospitals, Seafood Exporters, Rubber Exporters, Depository Participant. He also has vast audit experience of manufacturing as well as service sector enterprises.

He also consults on Income Tax and Indirect Tax matters relating to tax planning and advise.

Educational and qualifications:

  • Roshan Thomas, FCA, DISA(ICA) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • He became a member in year 2012 and became an FCA in the year 2017.
  • He has qualified the post qualification course on Diploma in Information System Audit of ICAI.
  • He has attended the Certificate course on concurrent audit of Banks conducted by ICAI.

  • Roshan Thomas, FCA, DISA(ICA) has experience in taking CPE seminar for members of ICAI
  • He has taken Orientation Course for CA Students
  • He has been associated as faculty for Taxation paper for CPT and IPCC students of ICAI
  • He is also a faculty for bank officers JAIIB exam conducted by IBPS

Sharon Liss Augustine - Senior Partner

Sharon Liss Augustine, B.Com FCA, DISA(ICA) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She became a member in year 2011.
