EPF Administrative Charges – Adjustment of Excess Paid

The EPF Administrative Charges has been reduced from 1.10% to 0.85% w.e.f 1st January 2015. However many employers have paid excess administrative charges at the old rate even after this date.

Based on various representation received by the department, they have allowed adjustment of such excess paid in following/current month.

The details of adjustment of such administrative charge has to be furnished in the prescribed format and verified by the Assistant Commission of PF
